Crocheted Small Sea Horse Appliqué

MATERIALS: Knit-Cro-Sheen in assorted colors (one ball of thread will make several appliqué’s), #7 steel crochet hook, thread or fabric glue for attaching the appliqué' to whatever you want it on.
INSTRUCTIONS
HEAD AND NECK:
Rnd 1: Ch 6, join with a sl st to form a ring; ch 1, 10 sc in ring, join to first sc with a sl st.
Rnd 2: Ch 1, 2 sc in each sc, join to first sc with a sl st. [20 sc]
Rnd 3: Ch 2, 1 dc in each of next 2 sts, ch 3, sl st in next st, ch 1, 1 sc in each of next 3 sts, 1 hdc in each of next 3 sts, 2 dc in each of next 7 sts.
BODY: NOTE: WORK IN ROWS FROM HERE.
Row 4: Ch 3, turn, 1 dc in same st (2 dc), 2 dc in each of next 6 sts.
Row 5: Ch 1, turn, 1 sc in first st, 1 hdc in each of next 3 sts, 1 dc in each of
next 8 sts, 2 dc in each of last 2 sts.
Row 6: Ch 3, turn, 1 dc in same st, 2 dc in each of next 8 sts.
Row 7: Ch 1, turn, 1 sc in first st, 1 hdc in each of next 3 sts, 1 dc in each of next 14 sts.
Row 8: Ch 3, turn, 1 dc in same st, 2 dc in each of next 10 sts.
Row 9: Ch 1, turn, 1 sc in first st, 1 hdc in each of next 3 sts, 1 dc in each of next 17 sts, sk last st.
Row 10: Ch 3, turn, 1 dc in each of next 11 sts.
Row 11: Ch 3, turn, 1 dc in each of next 9 sts, sk last 2 sts.
Row 12: Ch 3, turn, 1 dc in each of next 8 sts, 2 dc in last st.
Row 13: Ch 3, turn, 1 dc in same st, 1 dc in each of next 7 sts, sk last 3 sts.

TAIL:
Row 15: Ch 3, turn, 1 dc in each of next 4 sts, sk last 3 sts.
Row 16: Ch 3, turn, 1 dc in each of next 3 sts, sk last st.
Row 17: Ch 3, turn, 1 dc in each of next 2 sts, 2 dc in last st.
Row 18: Ch 3, turn, 1 dc in same st, 1 dc in each of next 2 sts, sk last 2 sts.

Row 33: Ch 3, turn, 1 dc dec over last 2 sts. Break off.
TOP FIN:
Attach thread on right side of head, 5 sts from the nose.
Row 1: Ch 1, sc in each of next 2 sts, ch 2, 2 tr in next st. Break off.
AIR BUBBLES:
Large: (make 1) Ch 8, join with a sl st to first ch to form a ring. Ch 1, 14 sc in ring, join to first sc with a sl st. Break off.
Medium: (make 1) Ch 8, join with a sl st to first ch to form a ring. Ch 1, 10 sc in ring, join to first sc with a sl st. Break off.
Small: (make 3) Ch 4, join with a sl st to first ch to form a ring. Ch 1, 8 sc in ring, join to first sc with a sl st. Break off.
